myeloid leukemia, CML\uff09\u306f\u3001\u9aa8\u9ac4\u306e\u9020\u8840\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u306b\u7570\u5e38\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff08\u30d5\u30a3\u30e9\u30c7\u30eb\u30d5\u30a3\u30a2\u67d3\u8272\u4f53, Ph1\uff09\u304c\u5f62\u6210\u3055\u308c\u3001\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u306e\u539f\u56e0\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8ceaBCR-ABL\u304c\u7d30\u80de\u5185\u306b\u51fa\u73fe\u3057\u767a\u75c7\u3059\u308b\u8840\u6db2\u306e\u304c\u3093\u3067\u3059\u3002BCR\uff70ABL\u30c1\u30ed\u30b7\u30f3\u30ad\u30ca\u30fc\u30bc\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\uff13\u7a2e\u985e\u306e\u5206\u5b50\u6a19\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u85ac\u304c\u6a19\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u306b\u4f7f\u308f\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<br \/>\nBCR-ABL\u306e\u57fa\u8cea\u3067\u3042\u308bCrkL\u306f\u30ea\u30f3\u9178\u5316\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3068\u69cb\u9020\u5909\u5316\u3059\u308b\u3002CrkL\u306e\u4e21\u7aef\u306bYFP\uff08Yellow fluorescent protein, \u9ec4\u8272\u86cd\u5149\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\uff09\u3068CFP\uff08Cyan fluorescent protein, \u9752\u8272\u86cd\u5149\u30bf\u30f3\u30d1\u30af\u8cea\uff09\u3092\u4ed8\u3051\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001BCR-ABL\u306e\u6d3b\u6027\u306b\u5fdc\u7b54\u3057\u3066FRET\u304c\u751f\u3058\u308b\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u306e\u958b\u767a\u306b\u6210\u529f\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306fBCR-ABL\u306e\u57fa\u8ceaCrkL\u3068FRET\u306e\u539f\u7406\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3057\u305f\u30d0\u30a4\u30aa\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u30fc\u3000Pickles\uff08Phosphorylation indicator of CrkL en substrate\u3001\u56f31\uff09\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3092\u7528\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u5b9f\u969b\u306b\u60a3\u8005\u3055\u3093\u304b\u3089\u63a1\u53d6\u3057\u305fCML\u7d30\u80de\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u85ac\u5264\u53cd\u5fdc\u6027\u3092\u793a\u3059\u304b\u3092\u4e00\u7d30\u80de\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3067\u89e3\u6790\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u53ef\u80fd\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u56f32\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a
